"Let me start by saying I love the hcg diet!!!!! ( and I am a very hungry person).   I have tried every diet at least once; low carb, Wxxxx Wxxxxxx, south beach, cabbage soup, low fat, sugar busters, Jxxxx Cxxxx, fat flush plan just to name a few.  I have lost weight on some of these diets, but I always felt deprived and I was constantly thinking about food.  Once off the diet I would eventually gain the weight back.

I did the hcg injections for 25 days at lost 18.5 pounds.  I felt great and was not that hungry.  Once you get over the emotional feel of not constantly putting food in your mouth this diet is very easy.  It is amazing how the inches seem to melt off you body, and did I mention how great you feel!!  I would highly recommend this program to everyone, especially if you have had trouble losing weight in the past  ( I have an underactive thyroid so it was always difficult for me to lose weight prior to the hcg program)."
